Some of the sections are quite lengthy, so if you don’t want to mess with them, I suggest you use the Table of Contents to jump to the appropriate section. I have excluded sections that are either non-modifiable or that you should not modify if you want the game to run afterwards. I’m going to cover each section as it appears in the rule file. It is by no means complete, nor is it the only way to do it, but it is how I do it, and I think I have some good mods out. ini file and in lesser sections by the headers within the files that are modifiable.
